Where Have I Been? Hello Again! | A Little Life Update <3

Hello Lovelies! Just give me a moment…

< Leaves to grab a glass of steaming coffee >

I have returned!

With both my coffee, and to this wonderful blog <3

I know it has been a while since I have posted – four months to be exact – but in that time I have grown and changed quite a bit! Don’t worry my reading taste, writing, and love for anything containing caffeine is still there, and fully intact.

😉

But in all seriousness, I am planning on brining this blog on a wild journey with me. So let’s start off with some of the things that have been going on:

I got my senior pictures taken!

This was a big moment for me because this solidified the fact that I am now in senior year which is crazy! It also means I am very busy trying to keep up with everything. From applying to collages to picking my school colors!

(are a few of the pictures)

A very dear friend of mine, Michelle, was the one who snapped those pictures, and she did a fantastic job. As someone who usually doesn’t like how I look I pictures I am extremely pleased with the results. I know that these are more fun and sillier than most senior photos but I do have quite a few that are much more professional <3

As for Reading I have some exciting news as well.

I have gotten into ARC’s.

< sips my coffee as I wait for a dramatic response >

ARC stands for Advanced Reader Copy, so I get to read and review books before they come out. And sometimes before they even have a cover! So, this means that I get to read amazing books and tell you all my thoughts.

This has been such a blessing to me and I really hope that I can share this blessing with all of you. keep an eye out for lodes of ARC content and book reviews!

Some of the ARCs I have received as of now are:

  • Labyrinth Wolves by Victoria McCombs

  • Of Flame and Fury by Mikayla Bridge

  • Rose Crown by Nina Clare

  • A Steeping of Blood by Hafsah Faizal

  • The House of Saphir by Marrisa Meyer

  • Codebreaker by Jay Martle

  • Spectacular Things by Beck Dorey-Stein

  • Never Ever After by Sue Lynn Tan

Life is a wild ride.

and I feel like I am on a racetrack going 100 mph.

With college searching, travels + trips, reading, school, querying agents, working on book two, and keeping some kind of social life I have been feeling very busy. to say the least. and I am so sorry that I let all of you kind of fade into the background. but here I am ready as ever to make this blog something amazing.

something that could change a heart.

who's with me?

Lots of love,

Katherine <3
